Who we are

Lowcard (lowcard.co.uk) is run by James, an individual based in the UK, who is responsible for any personal information described here. Contact: hello@lowcard.co.uk.

What we collect

Lowcard has no accounts, sign-ups, analytics or advertising trackers. We don't ask for any personal information to use the site.

• If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles the technical information every website receives (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare also forwards emails sent to our address.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. If we ever add optional cookies (for example to count visits or track referrals to shops), we'll ask for your consent first and list them here.

When you visit a shop

When you follow a link to a shop, you leave Lowcard. The shop's own privacy and cookie policies then apply, and if the link is an affiliate link, the affiliate network may set its own cookies on its site to record the referral.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@lowcard.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
